The academician workstation of Hangzhou Rizhi Electric Co., Ltd was established in December 2021，it is an academician workstation approved by the academician expert service coordination group in Hangzhou.

Academician Yousheng Wang was elected as one of the first academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1994. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University. He used to be the director of the technical committee of the National Engineering Research Center for Power Electronics Application Technology at Zhejiang University. He is a well-known power electronics and control expert in our country. The double water inner cooled motor developed in 1958 won the first prize of the National Invention Award and the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. In 1970, he successfully developed China's first high-power thyristor parallel inverter for medium-frequency induction heating power supply. In 1988, he successfully developed a 250KW/8KHz simple parallel inverter for medium-frequency power supply. in 1991 he organized and developed 400Hz-8KHz, 100KW-1500KW intermediate frequency power supply series. Beginning in 2021, he organized and supported the research and development of the submerged arc furnace three-phase variable frequency flexible digital power supply system at the academician workstation, and the project is progressing smoothly. The pilot test of this new type of power supply was completed in May 2022. Since May 2023, there are 3 sets of these new power supply systems installed and commissioned successfully in 3 different plants.
